Paper Boats is a river puzzle. Paper boats float down from the boathouse 1 at a time, and every dock wants exactly so many. You set the river, then launch, and every boat floats the same way every time.
Flip the channel gates, set the eddies that swap sides after every boat, and fill the locks that hold boats until they're full. Each reach of the river brings something new: the Big Wheel at the mill, the ferry at Ferry Crossing, beaver dams, split rocks and logs to pole away.
