TracklyLab is the expense tracker that gets out of your way: an expense takes two taps, and the app does the thinking about what it means.
ADD IN SECONDS
Amount, category, done. Recurring expenses like rent appear on their own, on the right day. Add from the Home Screen or Lock Screen widget without even opening the app, and if you like, get a gentle reminder in the evening - only on days you haven't logged anything yet.
APPLE PAY, ALMOST BY ITSELF
Set up a Shortcuts automation once - the app shows you how, step by step - and every time you pay in a shop with Apple Pay, a notification arrives with the expense ready: amount, shop and, from the second visit, category and account. One tap to save it - and at a shop you have saved before, it saves itself, with Undo right in the notification. It works with the phone locked, payments wait for you when you are busy, a declined payment you retry is counted once, and with no signal it arrives as soon as you are back online. Correct an expense and the app learns it for next time.
SEE WHERE IT GOES
A dashboard with the month at a glance, categories and subcategories, and a budget bar that compares you against your own usual month - not an arbitrary target. Choosing a budget? Your past months are right there to set it against.
YOUR MONTH, IN PLAIN WORDS
Every finished month gets a short sentence written from your own data: what moved, by how much, against your usual.
SPLIT COSTS, NOT YOUR BUDGET
Rent, the weekly shop, the bills, with a partner or a flatmate: enter what you paid in full, only your share lands in your budget, and the balance between you keeps itself. If they use TracklyLab too, shared expenses show up on both phones.
BRING IN WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
Import a bank statement, a spreadsheet, a PDF or a screenshot: it is read for you, matched to your categories, and nothing is added until you have checked it. Splitwise and Tricount exports work too, and only your share comes in.
BUILT FOR TRAVEL
Spend in any of 155 currencies, converted at the day's rate and locked there. Group a trip and see what it really cost, per day.
TRENDS AND ACTIVITY
Months side by side, best and worst flagged, and the ones over budget in plain sight. Every transaction searchable and filterable by date, category and account, and exportable to CSV at any time.
ACCOUNTS AND BALANCES
Cash, cards and bank accounts, with balances you can check against your bank, transfers between them, and each balance followed over time.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Use it without an account and your data never leaves your phone. Sign in with Apple or Google only if you want backup and sync across devices - and delete everything, at any time, from inside the app. No ads, no selling of data.
