Your host's calendar fills your schedule, your crew gets one screen with what to do and how to get in, and your host gets photos when you're done. Send your host one link Add a rental and text your host a link from your own phone. They paste their Airbnb or Vrbo calendar link, with no account and nothing to install. Have the link already? Paste it yourself. Every checkout on your schedule Each new booking arrives as a turnover for you to confirm with one tap, or turn on auto-confirm. Calendars are checked every 30 minutes, with Refresh now when you need it. When a booking moves or is cancelled, its turnover follows. Same-day turnovers are flagged with the next check-in time, and you get a notification for new bookings, cancellations and same-day turnovers. A checklist your crew can finish Room-by-room tasks with the photos you ask for. The checklist keeps working without signal and sends when the phone is back online. Door codes and Wi-Fi show up for your crew on the day of the turnover. Report what you find Report damage, low supplies or left-behind items with photos, and let the host know right away. Reports from crew go to the owner first. A photo report for your host When you finish, your host gets a photo report with the invoice, by email, or by text on Crew and Shop. The right view for every role Owners and managers see every turnover, price and invoice. Crew see only their own turnovers, without prices or the host's contact details. Part of EosLog It's your EosLog account: the same login, company and data as the EosLog app and eoslog.com. Quotes, team, QuickBooks and billing stay in EosLog. Plans The free plan includes one synced rental. Paid plans are managed on eoslog.com. Hosts never pay EosLog. Airbnb and Vrbo are trademarks of their owners.
