Free estimate and invoice app for solo contractors. Say the job, get a priced estimate, text it, get paid to your own Stripe account. No limit on estimates or invoices. Settle is the estimate and invoice app for solo contractors who'd rather be on the job than at a desk. TALK, DON'T TYPE Tap the button and describe the job like you're telling a buddy: "Swap the 40-gallon water heater in the garage, haul the old one, new flex lines and a drip pan." Settle turns that into a clean, priced, line-by-line estimate in seconds. It learns your prices from what you send, so there's no catalog to build first. FIX IT, THEN TEXT IT Every draft is yours to edit. Tap a line to change a price or quantity, add a photo, pick the customer from your contacts. Then send it as a text, email, or WhatsApp message from your own phone, with a PDF attached and a link your customer can open anywhere. KNOW WHEN THEY LOOKED When your customer opens the estimate, you see "Viewed." When they approve it, you see "Approved" with their name and the time. One tap turns the approved estimate into an invoice. GET PAID TO YOUR OWN ACCOUNT Customers pay by card, Apple Pay, or bank right from the invoice link. Money goes straight to your own Stripe account. Settle never holds your funds and never charges you a cut. NO HOMEWORK • No catalog to set up • No caps on estimates, invoices, or clients • No holds on your money • Your records are yours: export everything as CSV any time BUILT FOR THE TRADES Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscaping, pool, painting, handyman, cleaning, roofing. Add your license number and it shows on every document. SETTLE PRO Unlimited AI drafts, pay-by-link, hosted estimate pages with read receipts, and price memory. $19.99 a month or $149.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial. Sending, viewing, and exporting are always free. Privacy: https://settlejob.com/privacy Terms: https://settlejob.com/terms
