Review the drafts read from your receipts across every company, then approve them. Nothing is posted until you say so. Baliyang Accounting keeps the books for a family office: several companies, several logins, one app. Receipts come in by email, by photo or from the share sheet. Each one is read and booked as a draft for the right company, prefilled with the vendor, date, total and HST. You review it next to the receipt, change what is wrong, and approve it. Nothing is ever approved or posted automatically. REVIEW - Every pending draft from every company in one inbox, newest first - The receipt beside the entry, with the reading's confidence for vendor, date, total and tax - Edit the date, description and each debit and credit line; approve or reject - A conversation per draft: comment, or send a draft back with an instruction such as "charged on amex, file under software" and it is booked again - Select several drafts and send them back with one comment RECEIPTS - Take a photo, pick from Photos or Files, or share from Mail, Photos or Files straight to a company - Upload a batch at once; each file becomes a draft once it has been read THE BOOKS - Journal with templates and formulas, attach receipts, or extract an entry from a receipt - Chart of accounts, ledger, trial balance, income statement and balance sheet, with or without pending entries - Invoices and payments, HST and fiscal periods, templates, company settings and users SECURITY - Sign in once for all of a login's companies, each with its own session - Saved passwords stay in this device's Keychain and unlock with Face ID or Touch ID - The app locks itself when you leave it Sign-in is by invitation only: accounts are created by your organization's administrator. There is no sign-up in the app.
