Whiteboards, paper notes, Markdown and PDFs all sit in the same workspace. Then circle anything on the page and ask. The answer arrives beside your own handwriting, and it stays with the document. Lasso a figure, a table, a paragraph or your own working, and Limenote offers the next step that fits: explain this chart, give me a hint, check my work, make a quiz, find the action items, translate it. Every answer is saved with the document, so you can reopen it weeks later. It reads scans with no text layer, too. Tables come out as rows and maths as LaTeX. BRING YOUR OWN AI KEY Add a key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or xAI and choose the model. Your key is stored encrypted and used only to make the request you asked for. The notebook works perfectly well without one. SAVED AS YOU WRITE Your pages live in your Limenote account, so losing a device does not lose your work. Documents you have opened stay on the device and open without a connection, and edits made offline sync the moment you are back.
