DiskBeam: Wireless Mac Disk

Your phone's files in Finder

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Open your iPhone's files and the drives plugged into it right in Finder on your Mac. Encrypted, read-only until you allow changes. Open your iPhone's files, and the SSDs and SD cards plugged into it, straight from Finder on your Mac. No cable needed, no cloud, no Mac app to install. • Shows up as a normal disk in Finder (Go › Connect to Server). • Encrypted connection between your iPhone and your Mac, with a password on every request. • Read-only by default. Your Mac can only change files after you allow it. • Works over Wi-Fi, over your iPhone's hotspot, or a cable. • Share drives and SD cards plugged into your iPhone, or folders from Files. • Files your Mac copies over appear on your iPhone in the Files app, under On My iPhone › DiskBeam. • Nothing goes through a server. Your files go straight from your iPhone to your Mac. Free: share DiskBeam's own folder with your Mac, read-only. DiskBeam Pro (monthly with a 7-day free trial, yearly, or a one-time Lifetime purchase): share any drive or folder, and let your Mac add, rename and delete files. Keep DiskBeam open while you use the disk: iPhone pauses it when you leave the app, and it continues when you come back.
