I'm an independent publisher, and while these don't allow me to publish the icons, it makes navigating my extensive book collection much easier.I purchased this with trepidation, given the one critque which mentioned it grabbing the wrong image, and despite mine having many images, it never once got one wrong (I suspect the person complaining simply placed the image in the wrong place, or coded it incorrectly).I love the product, as it makes your book library easier to manage.

This works instantly! So fast and every book I added got an excellent icon of its cover image. I’m so grateful for this app! The other apps by this developer are also excellent, my favorites are his easy to use E-Book Viewer and BookReader apps. The recent updates make the apps work with Mac’s latest OS updates (as of 2026).

The application grabs a random picture from the book to use as the cover (only sometimes does it actually grab the cover). When the application works it's good, but it should work consistently.
