Been living in Ziru since 2015. I hope there’s a competitor joining the market so this industry could finally be formalized. I stayed in a flat without induction cooker, but when I left the flat, I’m being forced to pay for it. Now I’m in a shared room for RMB 4770 per month (original price 4100 if rent by quarters). If I want to extend this monthly room, I have to pay 4850 plus 500 service fee. In total 5200 for a room in a very old neighborhood, which original price is 4100. If I stop renting, ziru has to bear the costs of empty room still, but rather raise the price to annoy customers. Ziru consultants are so irresponsible that you have no idea what the service fee is for!我在自如租到了一个单间，原价4100的单间月租需要4770。这就忍了，毕竟租的短。管家建议如果还需要再租一个月，就申请续租就可以了，完全没有提及续租还会涨价。原价4100的合租房，在老破小里，再续租一个月变成了5200 (含服务费)，2立方米的卫生间，下不去脚的厨房，卧室里80年代的瓷砖地，如果不是短期停留北京，怎么可能这么惨。上一个独居的房子，签了合同才告诉我这是酒店改造的房间，冬天没有暖气，谁想到北京竟然有没有暖气和中央空调的房子，还要6000一个月。退租的时候也怪我没有查看物业交割，错误信任了平台。退租时竟然说我把它的电磁炉弄丢了，租进去的时候压根没有电磁炉，倒霉还要赔个电磁炉的费用。自如，真的让住户感受到房地产行业是多低学历和多骗子的一个平台。希望多付出去的这些钱，够给你们爹妈烧纸了。

Don’t use this app! After I left my last apartment with them, all the bills were settled. Then I was harassed for months saying I still owed them money and they would sue me if I didn’t pay. When I asked customer service how much I owed and why, there were no bills to be found. Several more months went by and then suddenly I’m being harassed by a lawyer saying they are preparing to sue me. I contacted Ziroom customer service again and they suddenly found a mysterious charge of 2,000 yuan that must be paid immediately to avoid going to court. They can add charges to your account over a year later and claim they’ve been there the whole time. Beware!
