MobileLot is the mobile vehicle merchandising app for WalkTheLot WebLot users. It is designed for automotive merchandising companies, lot service providers, dealer groups, and dealership staff who need to collect vehicle information, capture media, publish inventory, and print vehicle merchandising materials from the lot.
Use MobileLot to collect vehicle data, capture photos, video, exterior and interior 360° media, apply vehicle backgrounding, publish inventory, and print window stickers and FTC Buyers Guides.
• Scan vehicle VIN barcodes using the built-in barcode scanner.
• Decode VINs with the optional VIN decoding service.
• Scan stock number barcodes when available.
• Quickly enter and select vehicle information using streamlined data pickers.
• Select equipment from decoded standard equipment, decoded optional equipment, imported equipment, or your own customizable general equipment list.
• Select existing promotional text from the dealer’s WebLot account or enter new promotional text directly from the app.
• Select warranties for dynamically generated FTC Buyers Guides.
• Capture up to 50 vehicle photos using the device camera, or pair your workflow with the free WebLot Photo Match utility and an external digital camera.
• Automatically apply vehicle backgrounding when using the optional backgrounding service.
• Record vehicle video walk-arounds. Server-side processing can optionally add video bumpers, overlays, background music, or remove audio.
• Capture up to three interior 360° spherical images using supported RICOH THETA cameras.
• Capture or import SpinLot exterior 360° spins.
• Import existing photos, videos, and 360° media from your device.
• Publish a completed vehicle immediately so it becomes available online, or continue working and batch publish unpublished inventory later.
• Access the window stickers and Buyers Guides configured in each dealer’s WebLot account and print them directly from MobileLot.
• Print English and Spanish Buyers Guides, vehicle equipment labels, and other configured forms. Supported print workflows can include blank reverse pages for two-sided printing.
