CRASHES WHEN I TRY TO OPEN IT

I'm on 12.5.1 and tried deleting and reinstalling from the mac app store. Always crashes when I try to open it.

This app worked once, then told me my login information was incorrect. I performed a password reset, tried again, and it continued to tell me that my login info was wrong. I raised a ticket with their support team and after several days they’ve done nothing to resolve the issue beyond emailing me to ask me my email address, which I found so absurd I had to read their message repeatedly to make sure it wasn’t spam. HIPA compliance is meaningless when you can’t actually use the program to communicate with your healthcare professional.
