I use this app every once in a while but when I do, it works great for me. I especially like the ability to watch a program in another country that I can’t find here. I’ve had some issues in the past, but when I’ve reached out to a representative through their email, which is the only way to contact them at this time, I usually get a response later that day. So that was a plus that it wasn’t a long way to get a reply. But they walked me through the steps to get it working again or if the issue was on there and they were working on it. But that was rare. So I recommend this program that VPN especially if you get it for life, but I have and I use it on several of my devices now you can always add more. I’m too cheap to do that so I’m just sticking into the program I have lol. So many different countries to choose from. There even was one in Russia at one point, but that has since closed down, but that makes sense because of how Russia is at this time portraying the king of the North. If you’re looking for a VPN, it works great on the computer and it works great as an app. Keep up the good work KeepSolid. I made a smart DNS again in the future. I’ve been a customer for years was my first VPN services years ago on the lifetime subscription and very happy they’re still honoring that subscription. I see some are having issues, trust me! it works you may have to login with your old account and combine to keepsolid. I remember something about that a few years ago. But this but server is great it all you need is vpn service, not trying to do anything more then browsing securely. They are capable of more things but things like using it for Netflix it won’t happen, things like ad blocking it won’t happen but as a solid vpn that going to allow to hide your activity it’s the perfect one for that. Not sure if it’s one of those services that don’t store your browsing history in case “The Man” wants it but I’m sure I’m happy I still have it to this day. This only issue I always have with them is the 5 device thing, they don’t make it easy to remove device when need it. It’s a very weird time consuming process of one device can be removed a day or something like that. When I know if you requested it they can remove them all if they wanted. Anyway outside that. I do appreciate still having an account with them.

They provide the best prices and offer awesome lifetime deals on private servers. I’m getting 325 megabytes up/down, I’m reaching out to them to see if I can get even faster speeds. $19 a month for a private server!??? $99 for a lifetime subscription. I found a deal on the net for $40. I did that a number of times and now I have 20 devices connected! For life. Also they have other great software m, a DNS service and a great little known browser that you know nobody has exploited because not many people Use it. I also use there photo app aswell. Great stuff. This VPN does have its problems streaming on it is hot and cold sometimes but I know they are working to fix that. And customer support will not help be configured my router even though I spend $77 a month with them plus the $169 I spend last month. But they are a small company from Russia. I would like to see the Linux app run without crashing as much and also a Version that runs in the terminal b/c it is just easier to use and takes less resources. Best vpn hands down. Don’t forget to use DDWRT, DNS over TLS, day DNSSEC and encrypted SNI before you bit the VPN.

Do your research and read the reviews of this service on the web (not just the app). You will notice a pattern of horrible service. I did a trial of the service and was impressed enough to buy a lifetime membership with more device access passes. Within days I noticed the service level drop significantly. Inconsistent connectivity, dropped connections, and slowness that reminded me of dial-up modem days. They had my money with an unlimited, lifetime subscription and I am 100% sure they throttle me. How am I sure? I started another trial under a different account and ran two devices side by side, one connected to the lifetime subscription account and the other to the trial. Same type of device (MacBook Pros) connected via Ethernet to the same network. After performing a series of speed tests over a period of an hour which subscription do you think performed better? That’s right, the trial and by a massive margin. The support team is 100% disingenuous as they will focus on what’s wrong with YOUR computer, YOUR browser, YOUR Internet service, etc. only to leave it with “I’m sorry but everything looks good on our side...”. From what I can tell, this is a Russian company and regardless of the political context of today, I struggle to trust Russian companies. I am sure there are good, honest people like you and I working there to earn a living but the collective management is not going to be teaching business ethics courses anytime soon. Stay away from this company.
