We have fixed the issue that unsynced items were getting lost when user is removed from community and added again.

We have fixed an issue that would sometimes result in an app crash for some devices

We’ve updated the syncing functionality and fixed a few bugs in the Tribe Home Pro app, which ensures issues captured on-site are pushed to the browser app to be managed.

We have made improvements to how unsynced issues are handled when the app experiences unexpected disruptions such as sudden internet connectivity loss, app crashing or user session expiring.

Resolved a defect where Status filters applied to the Issues List is not being correctly applied to the Deficiency Summary List reports

General improvements

1. Resolved a critical defect where the app would intermittently fail to download all active issues 2. Resolved a defect where the app did not automatically trigger a sync when the device goes back online 3. Resolved a defect where the Common Area tab was not displayed when user is entering a building for the first 4. Users can now create another Common Area issue without exiting the Issue Detail screen 5. Common Area issues are now searchable and viewable from the Issues screen 6. Resolved a number of crash bugs related to the Common Area feature

1. User can now submit and manage Common Area issues on the app 2. Version control to prompt or force the user to update to the most recent version

Fixed a defect where the subject line in the email composer was not being automatically pre-filled when sending the Pre-Delivery Inspection report via email shortly after receiving signatures from both parties.

Restricting access to Tribe Home Pro iOS for Trades by roles and permissions

• Fix certain elements of Issue Details page to switch properly in Dark Mode • Improve font color for better contrast with dark background in some pages in Dark Mode • Match fonts to make all consistent with the walkthrough tool, inspection tab, search bar contents, and unit headers • Restrict creation of follow-up inspection for certain user roles. • Subject line is now pre-filled when a user sends out PDI or deficiency reports to homeowners • Inspection name field is now with a dark background in Dark Mode
