I like shopping on fanatics. My only complaints about fanatics is shipping is absolutely a monstrosity there’s been times just took forever to get my items when I was wanting them for a certain sporting event and I had to go out to our local stores to buy something because the shipping was over a week late, which happened a few few times.And lots to mention pricing, you guys are a little bit high on your pricing. I know you give discount and cash but it’s like heart attack to earn cash just seriously I wouldn’t hate if you lowered your prices a little. Which of course I’m sure everybody would love that. Work on the shipping problems. !!

I like shopping on fanatics. I was sent the wrong jersey after waiting months and my order was called instead of fixed.

I ordered a Tua Tagovailoa Jersey right after the draft because I was so excited to get our teams new franchise QBs jersey. It said there would be a long wait and of course I understood that because there was a lot of people ordering them. I got an email 2 nights ago stating my order finally shipped. I was pumped! When the box came and I opened it I was shocked to see that they had sent me a Tom Brady (who every dolphins fan hates) jersey. I initially laughed it off as a mistake until I started dealing with their customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would just have to submit another order but they were out of stock again and I wouldn’t get it until December- it’s August now. They then told me I better send back the jersey they sent me right away or they would charge me for that too. So after fanatics having my money for months they sent the wrong jersey, cancelled my original order, and threatened to charge me more if I didn’t send the wrong one back right away. But don’t worry they said they would give me free 3 day shipping to make up for it 🙄 which they are already giving everyone free on their website. I will never order from this company again and I doubt I’ll even get my refund for what I already spent. Just terrible.

If you’re using the app for purchasing, it is easier than using their website, but there isn’t much other reason to use this app. The sales that they are constantly pushing are highly manipulative because they are almost always offering 20-30% off but the things being advertised like popular jerseys are never included in the sale. It’s mostly dated apparel or jerseys of players on other teams now. The Free games aren’t even worth the time spent to play them. The Fanatics 5 Daily is a huge waste of time. $5 Fancash is the reward and the likelihood of winning is .5%. So you’ll win 1 out of every 200 attempts. If that’s not enough, the other free games are 5 to 10 times as difficult. You’re looking at winning 1 out of every 1,000 to 2,000 attempts. That is straight math, not hyperbole. I understand it’s free to play, so you shouldn’t expect a lot, but to even be worth using my 10 minutes to play them I need a decent chance to justify that time. The bigger issue is that the games constantly crash so 10 minutes easily can become 20-30 minutes. In summary, use to purchase what you were planning to buy anyways, then go on your way. Just know that you aren’t getting a deal like they want you to think you are.

Well, since it’s a physical impossibility to write a review anywhere on the website, I’ll just do it here 😄 To say I’m displeased is an understatement. I purchased my new hat on Sept. 29th. Weirdly, never got a confirmation email that my order had been received, shipped or delivered - even though I have an account. But the order was received, shipped and delivered. Only issue is that when I opened the box, the hat has severe and blatantly obvious defects. For reference, it’s appears the hat was stitched together by someone who is blind, and used their feet to operate the sewing machine. I figured, no worries, I’m sure with MLB being the multi-hundred billion dollar business it is, I should be able to return/exchange it no problem. I will say, the process isn’t particularly difficult, but the fact that I have to pay a single red cent to send back something defective that YOU sent me is a little asinine. In what universe should I have to pay to send something back when it’s very clearly a quality issue on your end? Any clarification would be fantastic! 😁
