After mgm suspended my account for the 20th time over some sort of misunderstanding that they still haven’t explained to me, I decided to create an account with fanatics and I couldn’t thank mgm enough for ditching me! I’ve won more in 3 months than I won with mgm in 2 years! In fact if my boyfriend and I put all our winnings from mgm together fanatics would still beat out mgm with my account alone! They gave me my own personal customer service agent that’s wonderful and I can text him anytime I have a question or concern or run into anything at all, or even just want to say hi! He’s super fast with his responses and it feels like he truly cares about keeping me as a customer! MGM literally had me so upset so many times because it felt like I was just a small fish in a sea of much bigger more important fish! Whether I spend $1 in a day or $200 in a day fanatics customer service treats me like I’m the most important customer they have! They aren’t just awesome because it seems like I win a lot more but they are awesome for 100 other reasons as well. They have fan appreciation party’s and tailgate party’s for football fans, they make sure that each customer feels important and heard and every concern is addressed and you end up feeling validated and truly content with any issue that gets brought up. I urge everyone that is wasting time with other Casinos to stop now and give fanatics a try. The results will speak for themselves. I promise!!!

It’s mostly dated apparel or jerseys of players on other teams now. The Free games aren’t even worth the time spent to play them. The Fanatics 5 Daily is a huge waste of time. $5 Fancash is the reward and the likelihood of winning is .5%. So you’ll win 1 out of every 200 attempts. If that’s not enough, the other free games are 5 to 10 times as difficult. You’re looking at winning 1 out of every 1,000 to 2,000 attempts. That is straight math, not hyperbole. The Super Bowl game odds are 1 in 62 million to win 25k or 1 in 31 million to win $25 Fancash. I’ll play the lottery for better odds. I understand it’s free to play, so you shouldn’t expect a lot, but to even be worth using my 10 minutes to play them I need a decent chance to justify that time. The bigger issue is that the games constantly crash so 10 minutes easily can become 20-30 minutes. In summary, use to purchase what you were planning to buy anyways, then go on your way. Just know that you aren’t getting a deal like they want you to think you are.

I ordered a Tua Tagovailoa Jersey right after the draft because I was so excited to get our teams new franchise QBs jersey. It said there would be a long wait and of course I understood that because there was a lot of people ordering them. I got an email 2 nights ago stating my order finally shipped. I was pumped! When the box came and I opened it I was shocked to see that they had sent me a Tom Brady (who every dolphins fan hates) jersey. I initially laughed it off as a mistake until I started dealing with their customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do and I would just have to submit another order but they were out of stock again and I wouldn’t get it until December- it’s August now. They then told me I better send back the jersey they sent me right away or they would charge me for that too. So after fanatics having my money for months they sent the wrong jersey, cancelled my original order, and threatened to charge me more if I didn’t send the wrong one back right away. But don’t worry they said they would give me free 3 day shipping to make up for it 🙄 which they are already giving everyone free on their website. I will never order from this company again and I doubt I’ll even get my refund for what I already spent. Just terrible.
