I couldn’t set up auto pay on this app because I have a slightly longer email than normal (this email is linked to everything I do so I can’t just get a new email) and it won’t fit into the email field. I’ve never had this issue with any app or website so I don’t really understand why the character limit is as small as it is.

Why can’t I add multiple payment options? I don’t always use the same card to pay online so I’d like to add more than one payment option. I logged in on the website thinking I could maybe do it there, but no, I can’t.

I would like to be able to add multiple accounts. I have 2 accounts for separate areas and I wish I could pay them both on the app but it will only let me add one account.

I have used this app for years to pay my bill. It has recently been updated and now it doesn’t work. I have deleted and reinstalled…. And have the same issue. It won’t even connect to anything and just says to retry. App was good but now is a total failure.
