Hotfix for issues with sync process. Added a sync event when the app goes into the background, and resolved an issue related to session timeout that prevented the sync process from firing.

The UI of the app has been fully updated. All existing functionality has been maintained using a new bottom navigation tab.

When the Accept Client Edits from Device setting is set to N on the server, the app will no longer display an Edit link on the Client screen.
