One of the worst iOS apps I have used. It hasn’t been updated for the large screen devices, so everything looks big and wonky. The images are not retina optimized, so they’re blurry and low-res. The app isn’t optimized for iPhone X or later, so screen headings get hidden behind the notch. It keeps logging you out randomly, so you have to log in again instead of doing actual transactions. There’s many more frustrating bits about the app and it boggles my mind how can a bank like ICICI leave an app like this for the customers to use.

Buggy, atrocious app that fails and locks out customer

The worst app I have ever been forced to use.Unfortunately ICICI doesn’t let you manage some functions via their website, forcing business customers to use this buggy app that crashes constantly while performing user verification. I required to change my login method after a name change. Despite repeatedly having to uninstall the app just to get it to work, it eventually failed, locking out and requiring manual intervention from the bank. And they still don’t have FaceID authentication implemented, forcing iPhone users to remember and manually enter complex passwords on their phones. Being forced to use this atrociously buggy app has resulted in a lot of lost time, and regret and dissatisfaction. ICICI needs to trash this iOS app and rebuild it from scratch to modern iOS coding standards.
