The Scout App is designed to help boy scouts keep track of their scouting progress. It can also be used by parents and scout leaders to track multiple boys. It has been updated with the 2015 requirements.
The basic version of the app is free and allows you to view all of the requirements for merit badges and rank advancement, log activities, and export your data. Premium features such as checking off requirements and adding multiple boys can be unlocked via In-App purchases.
