Restaurants reject/cancel deliveries

Apparently the app doesn’t limit user options to restaurants that will actually deliver to your area of residence. Multiple times I have had restaurants reject my order because they don’t want to drive 20 minutes to my apartment. Well then, you’re not really offering delivery service and shouldn’t list your restaurant on an app and the app shouldn’t let these restaurants list on their platform either. 20 minutes isn’t that far. Ridiculous. Then, it takes 2-3 business days to get your money back after the restaurant rejects your order. Awesome.

The first page shows 50% off on first order. I download the app opened created account. And it also shows in the app the restaurant I intended to order from. So I go through the menu and at checkout. It seems that the discount is capped to Aed 20!!! Huge waste of time. To easyorder you are supposed to recruit people not give them a disappointing experience. There are too many options to name here, if this is the first experience what did you leave for later?

I Called in customer service to deal with restaurant that I order for launch. Customer support did not assist me instead ask restaurant to me. I already talked to restaurant and they asked me to call eateasily. Such a mess. Order main course apparently it doesn’t come with rice or bread. Which is ok only if it was mention on website. So then people can place side order. Rauchi and Eat Easily such a shame on you guys
