A version for iPad?

I work a lot on my iPad and so do many people; it would be more practical if you release a version for tablet because i am tired of of dealing with a half size screen image and rotate the iPad every time i use the app

My experience with Paysera was very good at first. Everything worked smoothly, with no issues at all. However, at the beginning of the year, they restricted my account and asked me to call to verify bank details. I called, answered their questions, and ultimately decided they would close my account. They then asked me for an account number to withdraw the money I have in it. When I gave them the information, they told me they would process the account closure and transfer my funds. They said it would take 2 to 4 weeks, and I've been doing that for 3 months now. I called, and they told me the same thing: I have to wait that long. But I've already waited too long, and to top it off, they continue to charge me the card maintenance fee, which I haven't been able to use because it's blocked.If they can't provide me with a service, then why are they taking so long to return my money?With Wise it was the same, the difference was that they returned my money quickly.

My experience with Paysera was very good at first. Everything worked smoothly, with no issues at all. As a non-EEA customer, I learned that it’s no longer possible to order Visa digital or physical cards with Paysera - yet the option is still visible and selectable in the mobile app. This creates false expectations and unnecessary confusion. If this service is no longer available, it should be clearly disabled or communicated upfront, not shown as available.What makes this even worse is that I only discovered during the renewal process that my card had been canceled on September 14, 2023, without any prior notice. If card services are restricted, this should be clearly communicated in advance - not handled silently.This appears to be an internal limitation on Paysera’s side, since most banks in Europe have no issue providing Visa cards.On top of that, Paysera advertises “instant” SEPA transfers, but in reality they can take up to 24 hours. Calling this “instant” is inaccurate and should be explained more transparently so customers know what to expect.Overall, the service lacks clarity and transparency, which seriously affects customer’s trust. I hope Paysera will address these issues instead of continuing to mislead their customers.

Please try logging out and logging back into the app. This should resolve the issue for the moment as the system needs to be reloaded. If you still experience issues please let us know.
