I have been using the M4Marri matrimony platform with paid subscriptions for both my nephew and my son, but the experience so far has been disappointing.The app frequently logs me out without warning. When I try to log back in, it often doesn’t recognize my paid account and instead shows me as a free member. This forces me to log out again and re-enter my credentials, which is frustrating and time-consuming.Another major issue is the photo viewing functionality. The photos of potential matches cannot be zoomed in, which is a basic feature expected in any matrimonial or dating app. It makes it hard to properly view and evaluate profiles.Given that this is a paid service, I expected much better stability, usability, and user experience. I hope the developers address these technical issues promptly, as the platform does have potential if improved.
