The app does not work. I spoke with my supplier and they read me an email from luvion that suggests they understand the problem and were trying to fix it. But that was weeks ago. Oddly the App Store version tab for this app notes a new release on November 20th but that is not the version that actually downloads when you get the app. Not sure what's up with that - luvion clearly is not handling the situation well. The result is that their touted ability to use the baby cam on both mobile devices and their own handset is not the reality. A serious waste of money. Sadly most people won't know until after they buy the monitor. Sad.

This app doesn't do anything it's supposed to do. Add device doesn't work. Thus the whole point of having the app is lost. Don't waste your money on the luvion supreme monitor. And on top of that luvion doesn't have customer support !!!!!Even after repeated email to luvion for help. They do NOTHING.

I bought the wifi connector and the stupid app doesn't work! Huge waste of money and major disappointment. No info online on how to resolve this.

Al principio de comprarlo funcionaba de manera inestable. No siempre se conectaba al movil y tiempo después dejó de funcionar. A priori era un excelente producto, pero la aplicación no se conecta a la cámara. Buena idea, mala ejecución.
