I have been using IPVanish for years. I've never been blocked. I have rarely had a hard time with disconnects. I have all the years I have used this app. It has happened maybe three times. But with Killswitch enabled it doesn't matter what's the VPN drops it automatically kills your Internet connection. Nothing fancy just an awesome VPN. getting the multiple device plan is obviously the way to go. Right now I have it just on my phone and my computer. I used to use it on my PlayStation 4 as well. I have not tried it on my PS five yet. Anyways you can't beat the price. You can't beat the Results. I have tried a few other VPNs and the first one I tried was the one you always see commercials for it's always advertised .. didn't like it and it was too expensive for what it is it's just a friggin VPN… They act like they're selling gold. This app is half the price and the performance blows them all away in my opinion. You get more out of this app for 10 bucks a month than you do for any of those other 20 or $30 plans as other VPNs have .it's almost funny that anybody would even use those. Actually, it is.
Worst VPN I’ve ever had

6 months in and I’m furious about how terrible this service is.I’ve been running VPNs for over 15 years and this is without a doubt the only one that I constantly must disconnect for pages to load.I used PIA & loved it but their prices basically doubled so I went to Surfshark & their prices also went up. After years of each I looked to switch again and went with this- yet barely 6 months in & I’ve had it.I can record a page refusing to load, disconnect this service & by the time i return to the page it’s loaded & it happens again and again- it’s CLEARLY the service. So I dive into the settings and am using their optimal recommendations yet still constantly have issues with connecting. Ironically the service worked well the first morning month but now it’s multiple times a day that I have to disconnect to get pages to load. Buyer beware- use another service as this is without a doubt the worst service VPN I’ve used in the over 15 years I’ve been running a VPN. I feel like they should refund me if I can show them the constant problems I have with this. It’s pathetic and it just happened yet again so I’m laying it out here. Choose elsewhere and choose wisely, this is TERRIBLE.Edit- IM BACK WITH SURFSHARK & this garbage service is in the rear view!! Nothing works with this, total waste of time, money & frustration over their garbage!! BUH BYEEEEE! I wager their customers vanish before too much longer!! As someone with a ton of experience using VPNs this is the absolute worst I’ve ever used.

access is like gold. Like gold, it can be very difficult to attain without the proper hardware and infrastructure. Consequently, I am more reliant upon open WiFi in public spaces, hence the need for a VPN. I came into the knowledge of IP Vanish VPN from researching various applications, as well as talking to associates about services they use. After a fairly reasonable research process I settled upon IP Vanish. After purchasing this service, I have not had a single successful attempt to connect to ANY WiFi sources (open or otherwise) through this app, not via mu computer, tablet, or phone. I contacted customer service and they seemed to be amiable folks, but none of their suggestions helped to remedy my inability to use their product. Not to mention that trouble shooting the issue with a computer requires me to drive about 20 minutes to access an open WiFi source. In my last correspondence with IP Vanish customer service it was suggested that I reset the setting on all of my devices. I viewed this suggestion as an unnecessary risk and an inconvenience to have to reconfigure all of my devices in hopes that this app would function. I purchased a 2 yr subscription for around $79 about a year ago and was unable to use it. Utterly useless service as far as I’m concerned, that goes for the mobile able and the desktop version. It may be a good deal for an uber tech savvy young person, but for us older folks the learning curve can be like a labyrinth. As a person living in a rural area, internet.

Product seems decent and the interface is easy to use. Apparently there is an issue with the account set up though if you sign up through the app. I signed up and created an account through the app, paid my $75 for the year and it worked great for about a week. Now, the app has stopped connecting and when I log in to my account on the computer it says I need to update billing information however it doesn't allow me to change my billing info since I paid through iTunes. I've been emailing customer service back and forth but the lack of understanding of the issue and the time between emails is very frustrating.Update: After 4 days of emailing tech support back and forth and posting this review; they got my account reactivated! Bumped the rating up to 4 stars because the product itself is pretty great and it is easy to use. Only issue I have is the time it took to reactivate my account.
