Everything I need and nothing I don’t want. Give me my balance, pending, and cleared that’s it. Account transactions are instantaneous and seamless. LOVE THIS BANK!! Tellers know your name, branches are ran to perfection, especially Pelham, and their Loan Dept. is hands down the easiest and accommodating people to work with. Without this bank I wouldn’t have been able to build the credit I have to buy my first home. Thank you Shane, Shanda, Candy, and everyone else was in the Central State Family!

This app is never “down”. It is intuitive and follows the MAIN idea behind a great app-just because you CAN do something, doesn’t mean you should. This app does exactly what I need, isn’t a bombardment of upsell, and distractions, and did I mention it is consistently “up and running”? Thank you for making this one area of my life that I can depend on for quality, accuracy, and reliability.

This is a small town bank and the app is as well. No, it’s small-time. Terrible. But I’ll give it three stars just because it’s a very decent bank otherwise and you get the friendliness of a local bank. But I have been banking with Chase for years and years and their app makes this look like it was put together by some teenager with a template, last night! I bank with both, but Chase doesn’t have a local bank so I finally had to open another account in case I needed to deal with cash. This app is very basic; you can’t do much.

Sometimes that may be be a bad thing, but with a banking app, it’s exactly what is called for!This app is perfectly functional allowing me to do almost everything I need to do from the convenience in my desk at home… make deposits, transfer funds between accounts, check, balance balances, research transaction, everything.
