Subscription Service Conditions:
• The cost of the optional subscription is 29.99 USD for 1 month, 59.99 USD for 3 months, 89.99 USD for 6 months
• The cost of optional in-app gift is 2.99
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and switch off the auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings after purchase
• You cannot cancel the current subscription during the active subscription period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription to that publication

The app was working fine until recently when I open it it crashes immediately. I deleted and downloaded several times still the same problem. Now I access it through the internet which is not very convenient.

Horrible five minutes experience

Literally downloaded the app just to see what it was about and if it was worth my time and it most definitely wasn’t. I uploaded one photo of myself and filled out my bio a little and literally five minutes later tried to upload another photo and it send me to the login/sign up screen and when I tried to sign back in it said my account had been blocked and I have no idea why. Worst app experience ever honestly among the other I’ve downloaded. Really wish I could log back in at least and delete my account so it isn’t still in their system but whatever, really hope this isn’t just a scheme to get peoples personal info. And whoever reads this, DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I signed up for Tourbar and within 5 minutes my account was blocked and I can’t log in. I only answered the initial setup (gender, birthday, location) and when I got past that screen, I went to notifications and my account logged out and became blocked. There’s no way to submit a customer service request unless you’re signed up which I can’t do because I can’t log in. Im not sure what the issue is but the fact that customer service is only accessible to people with accounts makes no sense to me.

When I try to update my profile, an error occurs and says that “I cannot change my name more than one time”, but I didn’t even touch my name. I wrote a bio and now it’s all gone. I did it a few times and still can’t update my profile. Very disappointed. If this doesn’t get fixed, I guess I’ll have to delete the account..
