We’ve been using TRF for a few years at our studio and it has been the greatest benefit to our book keeping and client management. The interface is customizable and intuitive, the integration with cloud and email services allows you to send clients their release forms and maintain client databases, and the customer service is superb. This app will completely change how you handle release forms, to say nothing of the space and materials saved. We cannot imagine resorting back to paper forms after this.

Without my knowledge, this app has been updated, and none of my information from the previous model was carried over. I have followed all of the steps filled out all of the information required to move forward. One of my biggest pet peeves is when an app tells me I need to fill out all of the information to move forward but does not tell me what information is missing a simple star or a highlighted area would make the process much easier. I have gone page by page question by question and still the updated app is telling me that I must fill out all areas before moving forward and there’s nothing else to move forward with. I now have to reschedule clients because the app is missing information somehow. Not cool!

As much as I like the majority of this app, the fact that they have zero actual support for the questions and issues that I am having with their app shows a complete lack of professionalism on their part. AI, tools and FAQs are a weak attempt to answer and solve problems outside of those DIY solutions. Give me a phone number, an email address. You have already ignored my support requests. I have been using the previous iterations of this app for years and the current version has been nothing short of a headache, my bookkeeper is recommending other digital release form apps and I am seriously considering it.

Will there be any further updates to this app? Doesn’t look like there has been in over 4 years. Just wondering when there is an apple update that makes this no longer compatible, will it be updated then? There are a couple glitches as is. Also How about some more ink companies on here? Dynamic? Industry? For starters.
