The timeout for getting the POS information from the server is doubled.

Update of the SDKs.

Some users complained, that when reading bar codes with a Star BCR-POP1, products would have quantities of 2, 3 or even 4 with just one scan. A filter was added which ignores barcodes which are too close in time. This should fix the problem.
