Useful but annoying

While app in overall can be very useful: change plan and add features it has few very annoying things you cannot get rid of:1. It asks to authenticate every time. What for?! You are running it on your password protected device. Just stupid. 2. Offers. There is really nothing useful ever for sane people but every time you run the app it ends ip having “1” badge on it, and it’s HARD, VERY HARD to reset this badge. Worst customer annoyance I’ve ever seen. 3. It claims you can top up your account using apple pay. Guess what? Right, you cannot, even using the card issued by russian bank.

App fails to start when internet is slow. Useless on Megafon 3G in regions of Russia. We got stuck unable to call a cab when Megafon decided to turn off our internet and no way to refill the account without internet. App is using a lot of bandwidth just to start.Tons of useless ads and up sell, hidden fees. App and service is built not for user but to trick them out of money.

So in July 5th 2023 Kazan I was in outside of museum and I checked on speedtest and jesus 100MB/s in download so yea MegaFon's speed are crazy and amazing
