I am really excited about this app & how it will easily allow us to pick & choose from all of the pics that friends & family will be taking. Also, to be able to look at the pictures live at the event is great!

The first failure: when any square is tapped, the first photo appears - rather than the photo that was tapped - requiring you to move one at a time through the collection. If you want to see the 60th full-size photo, you have start out with the first one, then the second one, etc. It takes a long time to get to the 60th one. Think about the 200th one!The next failure: there is no way to download more than one photo at a time on a mobile device. Maybe it could be limited to a specific number, but it’s silly to require a laptop or desktop in this age. I don’t think the “Sort by” button works.

The app doesn’t work. Guests can’t upload photos. I emailed customer service multiple times. They stopped replying. Emailed a third time and they said my “service ticket got lost”. They saw that the app didn’t work for me but that only Apple can refund and I have to go through them. Apple declined the refund. I have contacted them for a fourth time letting them know the product does not work and I need a refund.

I just purchased this app and unfortunately it keeps freezing up I have the 6 month membership. Hopefully works ok on my wedding day.
