Enjoy: the car rental service for stress-free mobility.
Enjoy is Enilive’s car rental service, designed to help you get around easily and without stress, both in and out of the city.
With Enjoy Points – dedicated rental areas located at Enilive Stations, major railway stations and airports – you can pick up your car quickly, without queues or long waiting times.
To use the service, simply register on the Enjoy App: registration is free, and if you already have an Enilive account, you can sign in using your existing credentials.
At Enjoy Points you can find vehicles that are always ready to drive, with insurance and fuel included and, If you refuel with petrol, you receive a 5€ voucher to use on your next rentals, available directly in the App’s voucher section.
You can book your Enjoy vehicle up to 24 hours in advance, choose the plan that best suits your needs and travel across Italy, even for several days: at the end of your rental, return the vehicle to the same Enjoy Point or to another authorised location shown in the App.
Getting around the city is easier, more practical and stress-free with Enjoy.
It took me months and many calls and e-mails to finally get registered and the service working. I used the service for several years during my visits to Rome. Then I received notification that my documents had expired and I needed to update them. The app has a section just for this and even though it has an issue with entering the dates that probably stops most people, I was able to get past that by copying and pasting the dates. However after completing filling in all of the document information and taking pictures of the documents, all done through the app, it fails when you click complete or upload. I have tried it 100 times, called the support phone number, and emailed them, no help whatsoever. They just keep saying you have to use the app which is clearly broken. I have not been able to use the service for at least a year now and my wife has never been able to register. I can only imagine how much business they are losing because people cannot sign up for the service or cannot update their information and lose the use of the service. This is clearly poor management or perhaps the lack of management in running a service based company.
Beware of the service!

If you have an iPhoneX beware of the app. The app is extremely laggy and does hands during rental starts and finish. This may lead to overprice rentals - in two consecutive days I got charged with ~10 mins extra incorrect time. That means you may end up paying up to double price for each rental if you just drove a few kilometers. On top, support will promptly answers your calls to let you know that they cannot do anything about it and they are not the ones who manage these kind of complaints. I’m sure this service can work well for most of the people but keep an eye on the final price you are charged especially if you do very short distances.
Incompetence at its best

App is still useless after all these years. Automatic verification of documents does not work. Call center verification path for document verification lets you take photos of your passport and driver license, but will not let you take your international driver's permit, which, of course, is required for registration. Helpdesk call enter advises you to use app to register. The app developers are negligent in this Kafkaesque nightmare. This app should be forcibly removed from the AppStore.
Fails at document upload

Fails to recognize my US and RU passports. Probably works just fine for Europeans (otherwise I don’t know who are all those people zipping around). And you can’t use the service without that. I wish people would stop inventing yet-another-car-sharing apps on a dime that work like crap, and would cooperate with bigger international brands that actually did spend some money to get their apps working. Terrible.
We update our application to make it even better. In this version we have made further improvements and fixed some imperfections. Download the latest version to make sure you don't miss any new features.
