Township 4+

I started this game just for the pure enjoyment and break from life...this game is incredible! This can be an amazing teaching tool for your children or for students. This has the potential to teach people how to prioritize, calculate cost and return, and organize space effectively. The town people still want to be happy and you find yourself making judgement calls based on utility, need, demand, and what will increase population growth. You start off with a limited amount of everything, but it evolves and it’s absolutely brilliant. As your town grows, there’s more challenges on balancing…well, everything. I love this game! Very addicting.

You have a limited space for fields, fields you can only increase based on your population growth (because after all, with more fields mean more hands to work those fields), and you start off with only a few crops you can grow, each cost a certain amount and take a certain amount of time to grow. Eventually, you can have animals that produce their own products, produce and product that make other products and those products that can make more complex products. All the while, you have clients who request those products for varying money exchanges. Perfection.

I’ve been playing for years. The regattas offers items that can’t be found elsewhere. And all the other extra little games that are thrown in adds variety and lots of extra rewards. Love, love, love this game.

Sept 30-Had to change my review from a 5 to a 1. Just did the update 7.8.1 to fix some bugs in the 7.8 update. Now my town won’t open. I’m in the middle of a regatta and another game that is time sensitive. I’m going to lose all my progress. I tried to go thru township help support page but couldn’t get any answers there. This same thing happened to me before. I had to leave the game for a year before they finally did a fix that worked for me

Update - I deleted the game and installed it again. It took a long time to load but Township is open. It is no longer showing Township Production…just Township. I’m afraid to close it. Changed my rating from 1 to 4.

I have had this game for a little over a year now and have seen a good amount of money on it. That will end today and here’s why…1) The game seems like it’s no loner supported. The match four game that this game is severely flawed and no one seems to want to fix it. I routinely see rockets pass through blocks without destroying them etc. Then you have to pay money to finish the level or lose all your power ups and start over. 2) The island on the map, what is that even for??? It says win skins for it by competing in the month events, well I have, and have completed them…..nothing! 3) Pop ups! The pop ups are not ads, don’t get me wrong. They are for the hundred different mini games going on in the game. You spend your first minute or so in game clicking them off, just annoying when you are trying to load a plane. 4) Finally the amount of time it takes to do anything. I like a game that doesn’t end in a week but this is absurd. I am at level 60 or 61 right now and it’s taking a month or more to level up, I just get bored of the same thing over and over. Finally 5) The regatta is absurd. You can not miss one single day or you will lose. I am sorry but I can not get on here every single day to play for 2 hours so I can keep up, so if you’re not a pro gamer this is not the game for you.
