Kova Service enables your service technicians to access their data when on-site with the customer.
With Kova Service, the technicians can view service orders and requests, including; customer information, service call information, home information, options, and more!
In addition, the technicians can take pictures of the completed work and optionally use third-party signature applications to sign off the service orders.
Note: To use Kova Service, you must have installed Kova builds 2019.1.818, 2020.1.6596 or 2020.2.6597
