My account has been banned for about 7 months this, of which I don’t really know what I did badly, due to that I changed my phone hoping to get the account back but still not coming, it’s say I have been banned permanently, I tried to delete the account so I can get new account But yet still it don’t go through, I’m hoping you can make that changes in your next update it will really help . Cus this is my favorite app , thank you.

Moderation is unfair it feels like they give moderation rights to kids! I was banned for a normal discussion where THE OTHER person got upset with me and started downvoting all my replies. People should not be banned for just talking! I have people in my inbox texting me and I can’t text back! I truly felt connected with the person I’m texting and then suddenly banned! What’s worst is they ask you to contact but they never reply to your emails. I really wish apple can take a look at this application and tale appropriate action. I have never felt this bad where I can’t even text or show that I’m banned so the person would know why I’m not responding and hopefully maybe offer to chat somewhere else. Aww well they are gone now and i feel depressed. Thanks Jodel.

Nice interface and channels but with hashtags and at signs to rage and categorize postings things to get a little complex fast if not knowing exactly which symbol to use when and where. The Happening today Hangouts announcement request needs some work. There are old random events listed. Plus a map might help. This app needs some intelligence, artificial or human. Clearly people want to use it, make it happen and fun but too many hurdles are in the way. Saturday have a nice way to post a Hangout activity, maybe y’all should get together them, since y’all have the audience and they have map and random hangouts thing going.

Jodel is frustrating and not worth using. The app randomly bans users without valid reasons, often based on vague or automated moderation. There’s no proper appeal process, and customer support is practically nonexistent. It claims to be an open and anonymous platform, but in reality, users get banned for harmless posts while trolls and toxic users roam free. The experience is inconsistent and unfair, making it a waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable or enjoyable social app.
