食品添加剂是为了改善食品品质和色、香、味，以及为防腐和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的化学合成或者天然物质。食品添加剂在食品生产加工过程中虽然量小但作用大，现代食品工业对食品添加剂的依赖性越来越大。 ---------------------------------------------- 本应用是依据国家标准GB 2760-2011《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》将食品添加剂分为23类，共2234种。其中添加剂366种，香料1654种，加工助剂112种，酶制剂47种，胶姆糖基础剂55种。对批准使用的添加剂名称、分类、使用范围、用量等都作了明确规定，方便食品生产企业掌握添加剂使用要求，有利于监管部门加强对企业使用食品添加剂剂量的监测，有助于我国出口企业使用食品添加剂的技术壁垒。
