Hello, I am writing to share my thoughts about the game. It has an excellent concept and does a great job making you feel like a real 911 operator, especially with the realistic-style CAD.My main concern is the progression system. It is very time-consuming and difficult to advance when playing solo. This becomes more noticeable after reaching the station cap, where building costs increase significantly. At that point, the most effective way to progress is by joining an alliance and sending units to calls generated by more experienced players.I believe the game would benefit from a more accessible progression system so that new players can continue advancing without losing interest. Thank you for reading my review and I hope whoever sees this forwards it to the development team for consideration.
Thanks so much for this thoughtful review and the 5 stars, that really means a lot to us! 🤩 We’re very happy to hear that the concept and the realistic design give you the feeling of being a real 911 operator. You’re absolutely right that progression can feel very slow and demanding, especially when playing solo and once the higher station costs kick in. Joining an active alliance is currently one of the best ways to speed things up, since experienced players and alliance calls can significantly boost your income and keep things more engaging. 🚒🚓🚑We completely understand your wish for a more accessible progression curve so new players don’t lose interest, and feedback like yours is exactly what helps us evaluate balance changes. 🙏We’ll make sure your suggestions are forwarded to the team so they can be considered for future improvements and adjustments to the progression system. — Team Mission Chief – 911 Emergency Simulation
