Rule Book is a document storage and retrieval system that allows users of a department to access important documents, pathways and guidelines from their phone or desktop. A log can be received, acted upon using predefined rules, and the action shared back with the team anywhere, anytime.
Rule Book also lets users know the 'owner' and update status of any documents to ensure they remain current and up to date. The system even informs the 'owner' that a document is due to expire!
Phone Book houses a shared departmental list of important numbers so that users can contact other team members directly, without first accessing hospital switchboard operators. You can even ask your phone to get the gas man's number in an emergency!
Web Book contains links to all departmental approved websites to promote data retrieval and web surfing from high quality sources. Push your users to the sources you want!
