I used the U2 last summer in china (the one that doesn’t have a screen) and it was extremely convenient. The data plan was great because it allowed me to contact the person picking me up at the airport and made it easier for us to meet up. This made me feel much safer and I feel good going back to china this week knowing I’ll be able to contact someone right away if my flight was delayed or any other issue came up. After that, I got a local SIM card (which is cheaper than their data plans, but that’s the point) and had some trouble with it, but their service team is great. They have responded immediately both times I’ve needed help and fixed my problem. Overall, a great device for travel.

Alright here we go. I never write reviews but I’ve genuinely never felt so scammed from a wifi company.My parents decided to move to the mountains because of “mountain men” thanks. So we don’t have any sort of wifi out here and my mother works from home. Initially this wifi company worked good but we started to notice on days our wifi cut out and crashed, we used at least over 24 gbs.Its worse for people in the mountains because of snow and weather. But the system crashes alot already- that people who live in the mountains just good luck.It uses up gbs each time the system crashes. So when weather gets bad it uses more. Initially i use around… 1 gb a day for work. But on days it crashes I use 8 gb to around 24. I can only get a monthly allowance of 50 each month because of how overpriced the wifi is. Its outrageous to spend 99 dollars plus whatever tax for 50gb. To sum this up. Don’t use this if you live in the middle of no where or in the mountains. Good luck.

I tried this and had a very difficult time at first. So I tried a competitor who was HORRIBLE! Went back to this, and now I’m happy. I’ve used this in the U.S. and in Europe for work. If there’s WI-FI somewhere in my area, I can use this and feel like I have some protection over a public WI-FI, and some protection is what I need. If there’s no WI-FI around, I’m out of luck and sometimes there’s no WI-FI around. Typically though there’s something that can be used. I was running a Pickleball tournament in a housing development and I had great service for the entire weekend. I would have had major problems creating brackets and keeping track of scores and winners otherwise.

Probably the most money and most efficient reliable hotspot I ever thought could exist really!Hotspot pros:1. Downloads ps5 games in 2 hours at most 2. Can stream tv apps without chewing up data3. Live broadcasting is very reliable but only at 720p4. What’s left of your data balance will roll over into your next monthly plan4. They have a point system5. Also good for messy roommates that take advantage using the WiFi and not sharing controlHotspot cons:1. Money is prolly the biggest thing! The device was like $430 plus tax and the data plan I got is their top tier 250GB 5G a month for $1602. You WILL MOST DEFINITELY chew up your data regardless of the data saver when it comes to downloading a ps5 games! Basically subtract how much data you have from the size of the game3. The battery will drain quickly the longer it’s off the charger, odd enough!I still give it 5 stars because I can take it anywhere and have 5G hotspot so I can play my ps5 and not run my phone bill up!
