Minecraft PEで遊べるマルチサーバーのリストアプリです。PocketMine-MPによって建てられた色々なサーバーの一覧を確認することができ、そのサーバーについての紹介文やIP、Port番号、関連サイトなどを見ることができます。
プッシュ通知にも対応しているため、サーバーが開いたことを報せる通知をiPhoneで受けるように設定することも可能です。その場合は端末の設定アプリからこのアプリに通知の利用を許可する必要があります。
色んな方がサーバーを建てており、ほとんどの場合その各々に独自のルールが定められています。サーバーに入ってマルチプレイを行う際には、サーバーの説明や関連ページ先に載っている注意書きをよく読み、ルールやマナーを守って遊びましょう。
ログインが必要なサーバーでは、ワールドに入った後アカウント登録を済ませるまで身動きを取ることができない場合がありますが、それは仕様であって不具合ではありません。登録の方法などもサーバーの説明文を読むなどしてなるべく自分自身で解決するようお願い致します。
自分で建てたサーバーをこのリストアプリに公開したい場合には、このアプリのサポートURL（http://pmmp.jp.net/pc/#/server/）からPMMP Servers jpのホームページを開いて登録処理を行ってください。
