Ever wanted to see more of the map list? Well now you can, just drag it to the top. In case you found IdeaPlaces slow this update will try to fix this Are you frequently looking for places to visit? Now the place search is now faster and returns more results. If you're new to IdeaPlaces, you can now skip the registration, and you can register later from the Settings screen. Now you can sort the note list based on the distance to the map center. Also, you can display all notes regardless of the visible map.

A very important update that hopefully will make your IdeaPlaces experience way better. IdeaPlaces now includes also the Evernote notes without location (disable this from the map list Options) Removed some of the map clutter and re-styled the map toolbar The search now combines Places and Evernote Notes. When creating a note the note title is the first sentence. Disable this from the settings. Simplified the IdeaPlaces Settings and added all the Social Channels (Twitter,Facebook,AppStore) Fixed note/photo search around the longitude 180 (next to New Zealand) A few other fixes and improvement. This is another big update for IdeaPlaces, we hope you’ll enjoy it... Tap on the map to make all buttons go away, leaving you with only your content. The Places inside IdeaPlaces got a lot of attention in this update: * searching for places is working better. * added place category icons on the results. * editing places is also working better and we hope it's more intuitive * all place edits are now stored inside the Evernote note. This means that if your friends/colleagues use IdeaPlaces they’ll get the same place. * now you can have two different places for notes very close to one another. * new setting to decide if IdeaPlaces should automatically detect places. If turned off IdeaPlaces will use the address by default. Share a note directly from the note creation. Dropbox link/unlink is working better now. And some performance improvements and bug fixes. They say that "the devil is in the details”… well, it’s true for this update. This update is silently making your app experience better: * the places search and place edit are more robust. * when you search for places you can now select the desired place using the map. * using the note search you can now add location to multiple notes in batch (look for "Move notes" on the bottom of the note search) * when you search for notes by default you’ll see the last 100 created notes (good if you want to assign a location to newly created notes) * IdeaPlaces now displays max 500 notes/photos/contacts to make the app faster to load * synchronization improvements for Evernote and Dropbox * added help when Enabling/Disabling the Evernote Offline Thanks for your support, The IdeaPlaces Team.

After the previous build that completely redefined IdeaPlaces here come a new build that adds a new layer to IdeaPlaces: Dropbox. IdeaPlaces displays all your Dropbox photos on the map. The integration with Dropbox opens up a whole new set of use-cases for people/businesses that keep and shared their photos using Dropbox. Filter improvements: - added filter on Photos Album name and Dropbox folder - grouped the filter options in sections - you can now filter your contacts to display only companies Other improvements: - New synching indicator. If you tap it, you'll force a sync of Evernote and Dropbox. - Moving a note/photo was not instant. - Shake'n'note functionality is working better. - If you manually modify a place, the "near:" label will now disappear. - When you manually move a pin, the map type is the same with the main map. - App stability improvements.
