newbie in need of practice
I initially downloaded the 1.0 version and it was great. I downloaded the 1.1 version and there are no sounds of the letters when you press them - real bummer. Hoping for a new version where letters will sound.May 14, 2019 - Thanks Evan! It was the ringer that made the difference.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with the audio. It functions on all of our test devices, so I'm wondering what the problem could be. Could you check to see if perhaps your silence button on the side of your phone is switched off to silence your ringer? It's possible that it is cutting the sound off on your device. Another thing you might try is adjusting the volume level when the app is running, or even when you are tapping on a letter to see if for some reason iOS has muted or turned down the volume of the app's audio to zero. Hopefully one of these strategies will help. Thanks! -Evan
