Honestly a very fun easy going game lots of options for progress because of the option of either trying to go for the special event going on (gives more characters and money which then help progress elsewhere) or just the main quests you have going on and it’s nice to have both things to switch between . I picked this game up sometime beginning of last year after having not played since middle school. I grinded honestly lol and put a lot of time in the game, finished every main quest and starting buying new worlds had three already bought, even had a good chunk of the characters from the museum as well as all the ghost characters from the sanctum thing not to mention the countless other characters from special events or the 80,000 coins and 45 golden clams as well as two builders. All this to open the app this afternoon to the opening screen starting the original video sequence. At first I thought, “this is a little glitch I’ll log back in through apple or Facebook.”, when that didn’t work I suspected the worst. after deleting, redownloading, resetting and refreshing nothing has changed. All my levels are gone and I am back to the first quest. I’m not gonna to progress anymore as it’s a waste of time but just know im lw heartbroken and hope this doesn’t happen to you.With the help of Daniela at support I was able to get my Apple ID logged back in and all of my account back. Super quick response and very nice and detailed. I can’t wait to get back into playing!

Only downloaded this game because the Simpsons version was taken off the App Store. I instantly became obsessed with it and can’t stop playing! I only have one complaint and it’s the ads. I don’t mind watching a video to progress a game. I will sit for hours and do this. However, this isn’t possible in this game. I don’t know it this is a bug, or on purpose. Either way, it’s a huge headache for me. It encourages me to play the game less. Here’s the problem: I can watch a couple of videos back to back - but only if I watch them immediately. This often means that I can only speed up the process of one character or building. After a couple of videos, the ability to watch videos is taken away. This will last for hours. I have gotten into the habit of only playing this game once every few hours. Then I have to sit and wait. If this is intentional to not let people farm, then I totally get it. But that should be disclosed. Like a pop up that says “hey you’ve watched your limit of videos. Come back in x amount of time.” Ya know? Either way, still love the game.

The crashes are too much sometimes. Unless you have a pretty powerful phone and network expect this game to crash upon opening and playing multiple times. Especially the more you make progress. I expect there to be latency and longer load times the further I go in any game especially city builders. But oh my lord it’s ridiculous. No other game I have takes as much time to load nor crashes as much. Also this game is quite possibly one of the biggest cash grabs I’ve EVER seen. There are hundreds of characters and only a handful can be unlocked through basic methods. To add on every character has a price of $10-30 and that’s just the ones I’ve seen there are probably more expensive ones for all I know. And may I add something hopefully a developer sees. Please for the love of god move the free clam tv thing. It too has crashed my game multiple times because of a simple mis-click. I’ve never used the thing and it’s only ever caused annoyance. Not once have I clicked on it to earn a free clam, please move the thing or put it in the purchase clam menu like every other game does. Putting it in front of the building I’m gonna click on the most (no matter where I move it) is a blatant and disgusting way to push clams. And one final thing, I went into this game telling myself not to spend money, and ended up spending a decent amount so this game isn’t free. It’s gonna get you to buy something no matter what u tell yourself. But I can’t lie it’s a fun game/time killer...

✨UPDATE✨Friday, October 18th, 2019; 9:48pm~Game keeps crashing now. every time I open the game and after only a few seconds, my game is now crashing/kicking me out. This glitch literally just started today because it’s been completely fine up until about late YESTERDAY(Thursday, October 17th, 2019)Huge fan of the show and an even bigger fan of this game for at least the 5 years it has been around! I’ve had connection problems before and quite awhile back and it has ran smoothly for the majority of the time that I’ve been playing! But now more and more recently, that “lousy no good for nuttin’” Consuela (lol) keeps popping up after a minute or so of playing and loses connection? Not sure what exactly the problem could be and I’m thinking it may be a number of things. First, I had to get a new WiFi signal about a week and a half ago because I had to get rid of the previous signal which was a very strong one. The signal I managed to get now isn’t THAT good but it’s still pretty good! I can conclude that because it runs swell and great on my other games I play on a daily basis. Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff is the only game that keeps losing connection and every time I end up having to close completely out and then when I go back in, I have to complete all of the taps and tasks again that I done and completed right before losing connection. Any advice would be appreciated so much!?
