I get kicked out all the time, it happens after I get through a mission, I lose all my rewards for that mission, if I'm doing a special op & choose my energy bars, i'll get kicked and lose all my energy bars. I have lost tons of rewards. About ready to delete this app, I don't have this problem with any of my other apps.. Loyal unsatisfied customer. Since I wrote that review things have changed, I still have the occasional problems but they are addressed in a somewhat timely manner. I have been a subscriber to this app for a long, long, time. I also still play every day. Since the last two reviews that I composed, here it is 2 weeks later, from the pat on the back I gave Hotheads. I thought that analyzing the reviews, was a part of write a "review "! I just purchased some crates and got cheated out of the the contents of two of those crates by just being kicked out. How does a guy recoup those losses?... I know nobody at hothead is going to read this review anyway so just buy more crates and get what you get. I guess I'm back to deleting this app again.. Thanx for nothing.
No internet connection

Nearly 3 days that the app says no connectio, please check your internet connection. Every other app connects just fine, with or without WiFi. Maybe because I very seldom purchase anything I’m being “encouraged” to drop the game. Too bad. I liked playing during breaks and when I park for the night, but this sudden inability to access the game is too much bother. There are many other choices and the developer has helped me make mine. If I can’t connect in 48 hours, I’ll just delete the game. Edit: Changed my mind. After looking over other reviews, I find I don’t want to deal with your company. I’m deleting immediately.Finally connected after downloading again. I can see that at some point I’ll get bored since level 21 is high as regions go. Elite ops is extremely difficult; still haven’t managed to get past first mission of region 15. Trying game again, although with reservations.Can’t start new review so just add to this one. Now app tells me app support page not found. I can connect to every other app on my phone, just not this one. I’m not sure you’re even there anymore.
Crashes Constantly

I notice that all the reviews listed are from many years ago. I have played this game off and on for many years now, and for the past 6 months it just crashes constantly. Gives a message “syncing with server” and then restarts. Often it just does this over and over. Too frustrating to play most of the time because of this. I wonder if the developer is actually still supporting the game because they don’t seem to issue updates to fix bugs. I tried to tap on the support button to report this problem to the developer and what happens when I do that? You guessed it, the game crashes.Update: So I just found out that this developer declared bankruptcy 5-6 months ago, so I’m sure this thing must only be running on auto pilot now. Probably will disappear altogether soon unless someone buys it.

This is and has been a great game. Great weapons play, targets and use of slow motion, piercing rounds, and targeting bad guys. KS2 should be like this too. Not having to use multiple resources during a single game play just to make more money. That's just not cool and it can exhaust a persons cash. Eventually, they will play less because they're spending too much buying your bundles. You guys are making good money as it is, don't be greedy. Make KS2 like the original KS and make the slow mo, target acquisition, and piercing round bundles last for the whole mission, not just a few seconds. It's a great game and it can be more enjoyable with these changes.
