I played this game a lot, and then finally spent the money to take the ads away, and now it doesn’t work at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled and updated my phone, and it just crashes. How can I fix this and play the game again???

Constantly resetting and losing progress

I spend weeks and weeks on one game/round, I get closer to my high score after hours and hours of playing, just to open it one day and I have lost every bit of progress, no save options, and it has happened so many times now that I am deleting the app and no longer playing. This was my most played game and I’m upset about such a stupid bug being overlooked and nothing done about it. I have sent a message to the developers before and got a ‘sorry, oh well’ type response.
