The My BASE-app is only accessible for BASE customers via any internet connection. The app is free to download and use. The price for the data usage depends on your monthly plan or prepaid card.

In this version we introduce a new and enhanced billing screen. In the occasion that a bill is higher than normal, we clearly explain why and show what led to these additional costs. This can be a roaming cost outside the EU, international calls, the use of certain premium services… By this, you immediately see what is different on your bill.
We also fixed some bugs.
