Only the shown units for temperature, height, and weight change — the numbers themselves are not converted. - Unified the close action to "×" so it's easier to tell apart from going back within a screen. - Added a confirmation before discarding unsaved edits if you try to close by mistake. - Added a round "+" button in the bottom right of the main screen for creating new records.
