Long awaited adjustments for iPhone X and later as well as for iOS 13.

Fixed an issue that caused the app to crash when draws were initiated via the 3D Touch shortcut

In this version a new kind draw has been included. You can now use two new draw types in order to divide all participants into teams. #### Also, a very annoying defect that has plagued the app for a couple of version has been fixed. Previously information could be lost if the application was stopped quickly after the information had been added or changed. Now the information should be saved. This of course has been especially painful if as for reviewer Kevsandler the app crashes. Crashes should neither happen but sadly still do. If you experience any issues, please let me know and I will try to fix them as soon as possible.
