Fixed bug with overlay of "validating" not going away

1. Added some fixes for support of iOS 10. Note that the minimum iOS version supported by the app is 9.9.2 2. Added support for RFID chips using the LineaPro Sled with RFID enabled. If the sled is enabled with RFID and an RFID chip is presented near the reader then MobICHECK will process the RFID tag as a ticket record. 3. New Option under Settings that allows you to have scanner check for Same Day Visit for Members. When activated this will stop a member from recording multiple visits in a day – note that this is set per device and so you can turn it off on things like ride stations where a member scans multiple times per day. The default setting for this feature is OFF and customers will need to have their on-site Centaman system updated to version 11.04 to utilize the latest web service if they want to use this. 4. New Option under Settings that allows you to show the time remaining on a multi-visit ticket. So a ticket allows multiple entries then the screen will display the time remaining until it expires. So if someone buys say a 1 hour ride pass then you could use the scanner now to tell them how much time they have remaining. Note that it only shows time remaining when it's less that 60 minutes. The default setting for this is off. The default setting for this feature is OFF and customers will need to have their on-site Centaman system updated to version 11.04 to utilize the latest web service if they want to use this. 5. New Option under Settings that ignores family member’s when scanning. This means that if you want each family member to present their own pass then it will process a visit immediately if they just have one pass and not have to interact with the screen. The default setting for this feature is OFF. 6. New feature that if there is a ticket alert message on a ticket then this will display as a pop-up on MobiCHECK and play an extra sound. Note that Customers will need to have their on-site Centaman system updated to version 11.04 for this feature to occur.
