I went to Suntan City years ago. I was not pleased with the service. Recently, my coworker suggested Suntan city. I was hesitant but because of her glowing recommendations I decided to try it again.. I could not be more pleased with the product and the service of every employee. I have experienced over the last few weeks, I bought a monthly package that includes everything I like. I have used several of the services now. The employees make me feel like a priority, and they are extremely professional!

Firstly, I thought the whole point of the app was to be helped faster? Countless times I check in and have to stand in line for 15+ minutes before being helped. Those that check in via the app need to be seen before those that are being set up or making purchases. Now, need to be allowed to check in within maybe 15-30 minutes before salon opens. It’s a 30 minute drive to the closest salon, but I can’t check in because the app says the salon is closed. I can’t even check in right when the salon is opening. Also need to state, clearly and easily seen, if the salon is closed for whatever reason like due to inclement weather. Can’t tell how many I drove to the salon to find out they’re closed for the day because the app doesn’t state that.

Before it was a learning experience, kinda test run tyoe deal where now it’s all underneath the machines listed neatly each beneficial outcome that bed will provide even specifying the bed in needed to be used overtime before seein results! Sooo that was some open & honest communication I was sooo glad to get on there & see as a csutomen & everything being so high these days! 5⭐️
Major issues with the app-no customer service on the weekend

I pay for an unlimited membership but the app is trying to charge me for certain services that are included in my membership. At the store they did work through it and I was able to get two of the rooms I wanted but I had to wait forever while people who arrived and checked in way after me got to go ahead of me. They girls at the store are wonderful and their hands are tied with lousy technology. They even contacted their IT and IT said they didn’t know what was wrong with my account. I tried calling customer service but they are closed on the weekends. I am chronically ill and I use the wellness spa so it greatly negatively impacts my health when I can’t get into these detox treatments.
