This app is great! Not only does it give you sunrise and sunset times for your coordinates, it also includes first light and last light which I’ve found very useful. Early mornig walk? When will there be enough light to start without my flashlight? When should we plan to light the fireworks? Last light is helpful here. The interface is simple, clean, easy on the eyes and works every time as expected. Really, what more do you want in an app? Highly recommended!

Being a Heavy Haul truck driver who operates by permits and my permits. Tell me what my hours of operation are like 30 minutes before sunrise a.k.a. first light to 30 minutes after sunset a.k.a. last light or sunrise to sunset this app has been great for helping me schedule and plan my daily work. I strongly recommend this app for anybody who has an operate by hours of daylight. I also use this app for hunting and camping. It’s great.

Looks very functional. However, when I set up a widget for a remote location (without giving access to my location) the sunrise/sunset information would not display on the Widget. It said “No Location,” yet when I reopened the app the correct location information was properly displayed. I just want to know what time the sun sets at mom’s house — it’s positively tropical there and we suffering with snow up to a tall dog’s belly. I did close and reopen the app a couple of times but that didn’t help. Maybe the widget information is withheld/only part of the paid features package, no way to know.

I love this app and have been using it for a long time. One of my favorite features is the ability to check future dates and see their sunrise/sunset times and total length of daylight. In winter, it’s a nice, concrete reminder that the sunlight is slowly returning. However, the app won’t allow me to look at dates beyond June 30, 2019. I find this very disappointing, and am hoping for an update in the near future that will fix this bug. A great app overall, but this is putting a damper on my enjoyment.
The app has been rebuilt from the ground up for a faster, cleaner experience on today's iPhones and iPads.
• (7.2.0) Corrects issues with times in the far North and South of the planet.
• By far the best new feature is the Sun Events screen: all of the day's events in order — astronomical, nautical and civil twilight times at dawn and dusk, solar noon as well as the normal rise and set times - with the current time at your location or any location in the world shown in its place as the day unfolds - a world time clock. You can access this by pressing the new small ">" button on the Now screen or directly in the calendar. Enjoy - I am!
Thank you in advance for your kind words and constructive feedback. Cheers.
