After your free trial, you will need to subscribe to continue accessing your customized workouts.

Pure Sweat Basketball customized workouts are available with a monthly or annual subscription.

Monthly subscription for $4.99/mo. One month of unlimited access to customized workouts.

Annual subscription for $49.99/year. One full year of unlimited access to our customized workouts.

You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. The payment will be charged to the iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Your iTunes account will be automatically charged within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period unless you change your subscription preferences in your Account Settings.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the “Manage Subscription” page in Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Advice + Review

App has good drills and helps a lot, but focuses too much on quantity over quality. There should be a list of the drills that you can pick and choose which ones you want, along with what currently exists. There is too much focus on getting as many reps as possible rather than just having a few moves for a lot of quality reps. The drills also should be a little more challenging. It seems like more repetitive work rather than learning and improving. Also the full videos that explain the drills need to have voice overs explain keep points and what to avoid. Overall, the app is good and helps you develop as a player, but there can be improvements. I would give this a 3 star or a 3.5 star, but I don’t want to lower the total review score too much because the app is great at skill work.

There are also no drills for defense. And their could be breaks put into the workout instead of the drills one after another, there should also be a countdown ending each drill.

Wished I had this app year's ago

I'm just a notch over 50 with 38+ years of watching and playing rec hoops. Unfortunately wasn't good enough to play high school so haven't ever got good coaching. I'm loving these workouts and the my games improvements.

I use to do a lot of treadmill and exercise bike. Not any more... I can get just as good of a cardio burn while also improving my offensive skills. The mental challenge of repeating the drills keeps everything fresh.

Some ideas for improvements... I want to quickly assign a grade to each drill so that the app can bring back ones I struggled with. It would be good to have some easier drills for my daughter that is 6 months into her journey. Love to see some partner passing drills that are more fun and challenging. Just some ideas...

Best basketball specific training app out

No brainer if you’re looking to improve your game and also your training habits. So many times players, especially younger players, want to work and improve but don’t know what to work on, and end up wasting hours in the gym “shooting around” while consequently, developing poor habits. The beauty of this app is that it not only provides a solution for players at any level lacking a strategic plan as to how to go about their workouts, but it does so in a way that is simple, efficient, and purposeful. Would highly recommend to players of all ages, especially high school kids.
